1、 Introduction

Speechao fully automatic comprehensive oil monitoring systemMicroLab30It is a new generation of comprehensive oil monitoring product developed specifically for the oil monitoring needs of various diesel and gasoline engines. It can quickly monitor the cause/degree and location of engine wear, as well as the pollution and aging status of engine oil.

Used for comprehensive monitoring of the lubrication and wear status of various key oil equipment, especially suitable for users located in remote areas.

2、 Composition of oil monitoring system

1. Elemental Analyzer (OES): used to monitor the composition and concentration of various trace elements that characterize the wear and lubrication status of equipment;

2. Infrared spectroscopy analyzer (IR): used to analyze the aging status of oil (TAN/TBN, soot, etc.) and its liquid contamination status (fuel dilution, coolant leakage, etc.);
3. Viscometer: The viscosity and viscosity coefficient of an oil at 40 ℃ and 100 ℃;
4. Built in Windows based control and data management software;
5. LubeTrack, a data extraction, management, and analysis system that includes networks, is particularly suitable for group customers with geographically dispersed critical oil equipment.
